Here’s a TEMPLATE to use to invoice your subscription through work

Hi [MANAGER’S NAME],

I’d like to expense a subscription to the ‘What Did OpenAI Do This Week’ newsletter.
It’s a weekly Substack for CEOs, C-suite, Agencies, Marketers, Regulators, Politicians, Entrepreneurs, Journalists, Retailers, and Big Tech/Platform Execs for whom it is now business critical to know about OpenAI and their moves, in order to determine where they will push next.

It’s a resource that would help me get even better at my job knowing how generative AI is progressing (which way the wind is really blowing) and where we might apply AI learning and progress in the company and my role, now and in the future.

As a subscriber, we will get in-depth issues with curated editorial links w/o opinions every week. Additionally, we’ll get original content, official cheat sheets, interviews, POVs, and approved OpenAI Resources that can help me in my job and the wider team.

Money-wise it’s pretty much peanuts ($99/year or $15/month) and we can cancel anytime without penalty. If it helps [COMPANY NAME] to experiment with just one approach that allows me or our team to work better, it’s already a fantastic deal. I’m pretty sure the ROI on this resource will easily be seen in our work, in under six months.

Let me know if you’re not okay with this.

Thanks,

[YOUR NAME]
